How much does IT support cost for a small business?

With dijitul, monthly support plans are £25, £50 or £99 + VAT, and ad-hoc support is £45 an hour + VAT with a 30-minute minimum. The £99 Complete plan includes three hours of fixes a month plus IT and Microsoft 365 helpdesk for your team.

Can dijitul fix a website someone else built?

Yes. dijitul supports WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Wix, Squarespace and older PHP websites, including sites whose original developer has disappeared.

Do you offer emergency help if my website is down or hacked?

Yes. Call 01623 650333. dijitul diagnoses why a site is down, restores from backup where needed, cleans hacked sites and closes the hole that let the attacker in. Emergency work is billed at £45 an hour + VAT if you are not on a plan.

Is the support remote or on site?

Mostly remote, which is faster and cheaper for you. dijitul connects securely to your website, Microsoft 365 or computer and fixes it. If a job genuinely needs someone on site, it is quoted upfront.
